The hotel is located near the station. It is very easy to get from Namba station in Osaka. A great option for staying if you need to be at the Kansai Airport early in the morning. The staff is very friendly and helpful, speaks excellent English if the guest does not understand something. As in other hotels of the chain, there is a paper crane at the head of the bed - very cute and authentic. The size of the room is quite comfortable. The bathroom is not big, but comfortable. To open the window, you need to ask the front desk employee. It is very convenient that there is a quick check-out option - just put a room card in the machine next to the elevator. I would like to visit Kishiwada again to go to Kishiwada Castle and Inari Shrine in Kishiki Shrine. And also to stay at this hotel again and try breakfast.

The staff, although not particular fluent in English, was very friendly and eager to help. The hotel buffet was also good. It is also close to KIX airport and suited us to catch an early morning flight.

The room is not very big, but it equipped with all the facilities and especially the bathroom come with bathtub and all the necessity..in two sets for both gender . impressed.. The location is near to train station and some tourist spot.. Highly recommend for this hotel, value for money

I liked how the hotel had a lot of amenities on the 4th floor. It was very convenient to go to the in-hotel 7-11 and also the baths. The hotel was also very conveniently located, close to dotonburi and also had many subway stations nearby.

It is located near a fun and bustling thoroughfare. Also it's not far from the Bayside Mall, a grocery store, and many shops and restaurants. Many amenities are on site. A train station is very close by! I liked seeing Kishiwada castle.
